“Woven with love's thread, each frame whispers a story of strength and endless devotion”

Planning your wedding can be both exciting and overwhelming. One of the most crucial steps is crafting a detailed run sheet, a timeline that outlines the flow of your special day. This ensures a smooth experience for you, your vendors, and your guests. Feeling lost on where to start? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

Getting Ready: Groom's Getting Ready (60 minutes)

The groom’s getting-ready photos capture the camaraderie and pre-wedding jitters. Here are some tips:

• Preparation is Key: Leave the groom’s outfit (suit, shoes, cufflinks, etc.) laid out and readily accessible.
• Candid Moments: Capture genuine interactions and emotions between the groom and his groomsmen.
• Time Efficiency: Encourage groomsmen to arrive early and be partially dressed when we arrive to photograph.

Tips: Ask your groomsmen to arrive early and everyone has pants and shirts on, by the time I arrive to photograph. The shirt can be partially buttoned. Other items, such as cufflinks and shoes, can be around and handy. Also, family members to be fully dressed and ready.

Bride's Getting Ready (90 minutes)

Documenting the bride getting her hair and makeup done adds a personal touch to your wedding story. Here's what to consider:

• Comfortable Attire: Opt for a robe or button-down shirt that allows for easy changes without messing up hairstyles.
• Ready to Shine: Ensure hair and makeup are complete when the photographer arrives.
• Family & Details: Capture family members fully dressed and photograph all the special details you've meticulously planned (invitations, rings, veil, shoes, etc.).
• Time Management: Schedule hair and makeup appointments to ensure completion before the photographer arrives.

Tips: Time accordingly so that the hair and makeup are completed, when I arrive to photograph. The bridal gown is hanged and accessories are handy. Also, family members to be fully dressed and ready.

Celebrating Your Heritage: Traditions (Estimated Time: 1-2 hours)

Some cultures incorporate beautiful traditions like tea ceremonies or door games into their wedding day. Informing your photographer about these cultural elements beforehand allows them to capture the essence of these special moments. Pro tip: Allocate enough time for each tradition, considering travel time between locations.

The Heart of the Ceremony
(20-60 minutes)

The ceremony is a sacred moment where you exchange vows and become one. Here are some tips to ensure this special moment is flawlessly captured:

• Ceremony Duration: Factor in additional time for processional, welcome address, readings, vows, exchange of rings, pronouncement, and recessional.
• Memorable Moments: Capture every tear of joy and every loving glance for you to cherish forever.
• Eye Contact: Maintain eye contact with your partner throughout the ceremony for intimate and heartfelt photographs.

Family Photos (15-30 minutes)

• Family photos create lasting memories. Here's how to streamline this process.
• Preparation is Key: Create a list of desired family group photos beforehand.
• Time Efficiency: Capture family photos immediately after the ceremony while everyone is assembled.

Location Photos (1.5-2 hours)

Capture the Fun: Wedding photos aren't just about posed portraits. Capture candid moments of joy and laughter with your bridal party and loved ones at scenic locations near your ceremony or reception venue.

Relax and Enjoy: Most people dislike posed photos. We encourage everyone to relax and have fun, letting their personalities shine through. After all, your wedding day is about celebrating love and creating happy memories!

Reception

Setting the Stage (Before Guests Arrive): Capture the ambience and details of your reception venue before guests arrive.

Mingle and Celebrate: Enjoy mingling with your guests and revel in being newlyweds! Throughout the reception, the photographer will capture candid moments of your guests enjoying themselves and document key events like the bridal party entrance, cake cutting, speeches, first dance, and bouquet toss.

Relax, Breathe, and Celebrate!

Remember, your wedding day is a celebration of your love. This carefully planned timeline is just a guide to ensure a smooth flow. Don't be afraid to deviate a little and embrace the spontaneous moments that make your wedding day unique!
